Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Sorry for the inconvenience.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
My Treehouse Candles is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The customer is required to pay any shipping costs on returns or refunds. No refunds on shipping fees.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Your item must be in the original packaging. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Lost or Damaged Item(s)
You have 24 hours from the date you received the item to file a claim on damaged items during shipping. (Please read below)
My Treehouse Candles is not liable for any products lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us within 24 hours to file a claim. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. A picture of the item(s) being returned may be requested. We suggest taking pictures of item(s) the same day it is delivered.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
